which do you like best? which do you have? or does it depend on the truck and the truck's overall theme?

I think all of the above schemes will work on anything if done right. the main thing is to keep a hole truck with the same theme. For my S-10 i wanted something wild so it got flames. On my '62 GMC i want it to be clean with a simple two-tone, but a single color would work too.

Totally depends on the truck...

I have been trying to think of a base color for my truck, and I saw an FJ Cruiser with that Sandstorm color, and thought that looked kinda cool. What about going light with my truck, having purple/blue flames over an off-whitish pearl? http://www.toyota.com/fjcruiser/exterior-360.html?trim=fj I think this color is too brown, but the idea of going LIGHT...

I think it is the hardest part of the build. I asked the little girl next door what color I should paint mine and she said "uuuhhhhmmm...Pink with purple poke-a-dots" HaHa so that one is already taken dont steal it.

yeah single color sure is clean/classy lookin' - dark gets harder to keep nice, but if it's nice, it's even sicker...

I think that if you keep it clean there is no better color than black, but you HAVE to wash your truck and keep it clean which I have a hard time doing

yeah true that. A crappy black paint job in combination with being dirty, just wouldn't be good.
my truck is such a mess. I don't have the time or energy; she's neglected. Working full time, commuting, being in school, and being involved in other stuff - where does time go?!
