is it possible to put a gen III motor in a 94 chevy 1500 and use the factory EFI wiring harness.

No, you will need to use the complete wiring harness from the 6.0L and the computer as well.

it not possible you need to send your harness or get one from painless with ecm

what they said. the computer and harness is not interchangeable between motors. you'll also need the drive by wire gas pedal or a conversion kit from someone like street and performance
