how are the cops in your hood?  

In Australia they are pretty bad...It's the hoon drivers that give us a bad name, i don't drive like an idiot but i've still been pulled over afew times, but hey u just have to cop it sweet i guess..  

I was headed home a few nights ago, actually over Thanksgiving weekend, and came onto a road block around 1am.  The policeman were checking for insurance, drunken drivers, etc.  Well the cop asked for my driver's license and ins. card, so I gave it to him.  He then proceeded to walk around my truck, he called for another policeman.  They both walked around the truck pointing.  Just for fun, I dumped the rear and both the cops reached for their guns, lol.  They then asked for me to pull onto the shoulder, so I did and aired it out.  I sat there for about 10 minutes thinking that I had just screwed myself into a bad ticket.  Once the cops came back over, they asked me to get out of the truck.  All they wanted was to talk to me about the truck, whick was cool.  I showed it to them and made a couple new friends in the process.  Not all cops are bad, some are actually pretty cool.  

that's an awesome story! what's even greater was that you hit switches - I mean, if you're screwed you're screwed, and for them it was a learning experience...

A cop asked me if my truck "went up and down" and, with my switchbox in the seat, I just said, "yeah" and he said "ok", end of story... lots of times, if your attitude is aight, they'll be ok to you... I wave at the cops in my hood cuz remember, cops have tons of DISCRETION, so play the game...

That's tight though.  

I got pulled over i front of the police station be cause i just left from the bank and for got to put on my seat belt not to mention no licence plate on the front and airfreshener attatched to rear veiw and he asked me why wwere are u comeing from i felt like saying your wifes house but in sted i was politete and said the bank and was honest about my seat belt and he gave me a long ass speach about my front plate and air freshener gezz didn't know it was a crime to have an air freshener hanging from your rear view mirroir  

well.... did you get a ticket?
