can anyone please tell me when does the Pro Comp Xtreme Mud Terrain become avalible and maybe where i can get it?  

I've had great help from Discount/America's tire shops with most any of my tire needs and prices. They do price matching too. If you do go with them I'd also highly recommend the extra road hazard coverage offered by them. Had two of my tires replaced using this coverage and they even looked up the nearest shop thhat had my particular tire to help get me back on the road ASAP. Since these are off-road tires another shop that should help you get thse not out yet tires would be PG Series trucks. They're on the net and can be yahoo'd. Really good shop. Higher prices, but are always up on or helping create the newest trend.
