Is the Ranger outdated, or "classic"? Do you care that it's an old design? Has it sold as well as it has despite being an old design, or because it hasn't changed much?  

The Ranger is awesome.  I do think though that Ford should make a "Lightning" style package with a small V8 and performance accessories.  It may not sell well, but neither did the Thunderbolt or Splash models.  They should continue on the same path they are on with production of the Edge based on the fact it is the last true mini truck being produced in the market.
