ok, i have a 2007 chevy silverado (new body) extended cab. i plan on lowering it ... but right now i am unsure which setup to start off with ... so hoping some people can give me a little help here...
the few kits that are out, either replace the A arms up front, springs, or spindles ...
and in the rear .. it is either the hanger relocation ... and / or replacing the leaf springs ...
i am not going for a major drop on it, mostly because i use this truck for work as well ... and, well the roads in louisiana suck ... (and a dirt driveway) ...
so from between a 2/3 drop or a 3/4 drop will be my max ...
on what is available ... would it be better keeping my stock springs? ... or are the replacement ones stiff enough to allow the bed to still haul stuff from time to time...
and on the front ... i have yet to be able to talk to someone, or even see a truck like mine that has been lowered ... just trying to find out if the A arm replacement is better, or the spindle...

i would go with a GROUND FORCE 3/5 kit with a spindle or McGaughy's.

changin the spindle or the control arms gives u a better ride than switching out coils.

If you put spindles or controlarms up front it will not affect you suspension geometry. When you put a shorter coil spring in it will give you negative camber and if you go really low with a spring you might not be able to re align the front end.
