ok so here it is i was wanting to build my own custom toyota and i like the body style of the truck in brooks an dunns music video hillbilly deluxe looked an wanted to build a similar truck with some of my own tweaks. so if any of yall know what year it is and also if u know where there are some pics of that particular truck is it would be great if yall could help me out.

The truck in the video is between an ‘84 to an ‘88 Toyota Hilux. The exact year is hard for me to nail down, but it looks to be an 84. There are a lot of other trucks in the video, since I watched it a few times I though I’d write down those also.
The black truck in the drag race scene is a Toyota X Runner
The blue with black stripe vehicle is an early 70's Ford Ranchero GT
The truck that rolls in later in the video with a couple chicks in the bed is an International CXT
There are two different 40 ford pickups. A blue and one black with red flames.
Sorry I can’t find any pictures of the Hilux but you can be sure it’s heavily modified, unless Toyota made a blown small block truck that I missed.

The Toyota is a 1985 Extra Cab. It has a Chevy 350 w. a Weiand 671 Blower. Dana 60 front, 70 Rear. 44 inch Boggers. Full Hydralic Steering. We are in Redding CA. The truck is on Car Domain.com
