i recently put a 3/4 drop on my 88 silverado and the back is still sitting slightly higher, i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on easy ways(no major modifications ie flip kits) to level it. some friends suggested lowering blocks but those dont make sense, since the axle is below the leaf springs, any

You could put a set of shackles on and it would lower it up to two inches. You could pick them up at just about any parts store for real cheap. I got mine for $60.00.

You didn't mention what parts you used to lower the back. If you already have shackles in the back then you might try removing one spring out of the leave spring pack. That should bring you down and if it goes too low you can always remove the drop shackle.
