I have a 1997 Tahoe - 2 door 4 WD with a 5.7 350 cid.
I am looking to replace the motor soon with a rebuilt or crate motor.
I am interested in knowing if I can plant one of the 383 strokers in the Tahoe and still maintain my OEM computer.

yes! gmpp has a crate 383 that will work great with your factory computer and fuel injection system.
