In case you've forgotten, tomorrow is indeed Valentine's Day. Big deal to you? Maybe not. Big deal to her? YES. Even if she says it's not, it really is. That's life. This means you need to deal with this mushy day via cards, flowers, candies, chocolate, romance, dinner, etc. You will score bigtime points for coming through tomorrow. If you don't, she will say it's fine, but notice that when she says it, she won't be looking at you. She'll be looking at the ground instead, because it's really not fine. You don't want that.
