I have a 96 Ranger and have some questions about the Air Ride. First off can I run 20 inch rims with air bags? Second how often do I maintence them. How iften do they break or pop.  

you can definately run 20'son your truck. The only maintenance with 'bags is draining water out of the water trap or air tank. periodically you'll want to check for leaks and maybe put some air tool oil through the valves to keep them from sticking. If the bags themselves are installed correctly and aren't rubbing on anything then they wont require maintenance or pop on you.
