I need to hire a welder with 3 ears ASAP, ear plugs will be provided!!!!!!lol  

I get those big boxes of earplugs and I needed some the other day so I reached in the box and this is what I pulled out. I was going to use them (just throw the extra one away) but thought, no, I need to give this to someone who can use it. lol So if you have 3 ears hit me up HAHAHA
