i have a 04 silverado single cab completely stock as far as suspension goes and i just added 22 inch wheels and it started jerkin the wheel really bad to the right and i checked tire pressure and right one was low i put air in it and it took alot of it away but its still there at higher speed what do you think is wrong??? thanks -mike

if the wheels are not balanced,you will to have that done. check all of the lug nuts to see if they are torque down.

do you know the torque specs?

Balance, tire wear, alignment, air pressure, other mechanical failure such as ball joint, loose lug nuts, could be all sorts of things.
I want to say the torque specs for that truck would be about 110ft/lbs, but don't quote me on that. You may also want to check with the wheel manufacturer and see what their specs are.
