What is everybody's favorite food & beverage during those all day / night wrenching sessions?  

Pizza at night......hot dogs and burgers during the day. I quit drinking years ago, so coffee is as hard as it gets for me. Mountain Dew is the best but I quit that too......and quit smoking 9 months ago.

It's amazing how much different your body reacts to things at age 30 versus 40......just try laying on cardboard on concrete at both ages! Now I own a creeper.  

My fav is just ice cold water, cigs and beef jerky. Something I can chew on for a while without having to quit working on the truck.  

I do miss cigs while in the garage.....

I will never smoke again. It's 9 months today that I quit cold turkey and have never even taken a drag since.

I made a deal with my wife: what I spend on cigs in a year would pay for the welder that I wanted and she agreed to the purchase....but if I start smoking again I have to sell the welder!

Main thing is I feel so much better now that I quit. Thanks 5569 for making sure I don't stray!  

that's so cool! I bet your wife's really really proud of you too, cuz I've heard it's super tough to quit. That's so cool that you feel better, too. All around good news!!    

ice cold bud light, so cold that its almost frozen and makes my brain hurt and a phat slice of round table double pepperoni and sausage pizza is the perfect combo for garage work. damn i need to leave work now just thinkin about it.
