registering in pa.problems

Hi Everyone,  I have a 1990 gmc c3500 pickup 2 wheel drive standard cab, 454 cid.. I have it registered in New York right now but am moving to PA. Even though it is registered in my name and titled in my name thats not enough for PAdot. I have to make a tracing of the Vin number and take a picture of the sticker that is supposed to be on the drivers side door jam. There is no sticker on mine. Looked all over and can not find a sticker. I NEED to PROVE WHAT THE GROSS VEH. WEIGHT IS. If someone has an owners manual for this pickup and has a page that shows the gross vehicle weights, I'd  appreciate if you would copy and e-mail me a copy that I can take to the PADOT. I don't know what else to *** Any suggestions would be wecomed.Thanks a million..
