I just got a 04 Ram reg cab short bed with the hemi. I went and had a 40 series flowmaster single in single out dumped put on. I think its too high pitch but everyone else says it sounds good. The guy that put it on said it was just because it was a Hemi. I have heard some Hemi's that sound real good and deep. Does anyone have any tips on how to make it sound deeper or is it just a Hemi thing?  

So i just found out why my truck sounded weird. The shop that put it on said it was new, but come to find out it was a used one and all the insides were rusted out. I cut it off and chunks of rust fell out from inside it. So i went and got a Thrush welded muffler and put it on my self and it sounds way better, and alot cheaper.
