i am new and having trouble post pics of my truck

i have been trying many times to upload pictures of my truck to my garage profile and have had no luck. i can hit the brouse button and find the picture i want,click on the picture so it code or what ever is in the box, hit the button to add the photo and it does not upload the photo. any ideas on what is wrong or what i need to do?
