 I just bought a brand new engine from Jegs for my 1981 GMC C15 pickup. It's nothing fancy just a 350 GM motor. But i bought a dress up package with it so it has a Edlebrock Carb (4bl) and edlebrock intake manifold. The problem is on the Vaule covers and air filter cover it says Chevrolet!! So now i have to decide what to do being that it is a GMC.To top it off i bought it from a guy that put a chevy grill and chevy rims on her (even though it has a GMC tailgate lol) What should i do to correct this. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ! ! ! !

Ok so you have Chevy valve covers, air cleaner, grill, and wheels and you dont want them to say chevy
You could buy GMC stuff or like STMike said get a chevy tailgate.....If it was me and I was going to spend money and time changing things around I wouldnt buy factory parts. I would go billet grille, some aftermarket wheels, and edlebrock valve covers and air cleaner to match what you have
But thats just me

im in the same boat as adam. i've got a chevy with a gmc front end but i'm not really worried about it. my truck is such a pile that all i care about is making it run again. lol
