Has anyone used axle setback plates? I lowered my truck 4' front and rear years ago I took it in for brake work and thay said my driveshaft has been shoved forward into trans we tried to get driveshaft out but found it only had 1/4 in. play Ineed to get itto 3/4 in. i can't take the down time to shorten shaft only transportation. I have 4' angled blocks

you're best course of action here is to have the driveline shortened. a good shop can have it in and out the same day.

keep driving it and you'll probably ruin the tranny.
