Interchangeable, or not?

Hi guys.
I have a 1999 Chevy S10, club cab, step-side body style, and I had a little accident recently. I've found a 2001 S10, single cab, step-side. I need to know if the bumper, and the driver's side fender could come off the 2001 and work on my 1999.
Really I need to know how interchangeable ALL of the body parts would be, since I'm considering just buying the whole truck and junking/selling what I don't need/use.
I'd appreciate your advice and help. Thank you.
