I have a 96' GMC Sierra 1500 extended cab 5.0L
Its completely stock, and that needs to change.
I want to drop it 3/4 (probably, maybe a little more)
Shave the handles, third brake light, etc.
I saw a pic of 98' sierra that had the top and bottom body lines removed, and that looked really nice.
I'm thinking of changing the front bench seat to two buckets with a center console, but I've got to try and do with stuff while putting myself through college, and with zero custom knowledge.
Any comments or hints whatever would be great !!

Hey im jose from the rgv im with rgvtruckperformance.net whats up im new here i have an 02 silverado ext. cab want to change the front end to a sierra or maybe just change the bumper to a 03 gmc and hd hood and hd  grille well i have a 5.3 intake and spacer only and 3.73 gears thats all for now its still a work in progress

hi everyone...we are new to this forum...but need some help from professionals in the truck industry as to the value of our 1989 chevy truck 1500
i was hoping to find some experts to help us fight our insurance...we had the truck for 5 years..its a 1989 C1500 truck with custom graphics on the hood...it is in excellent condition i have pictures...it is rust free except for 4 spots of surface rust on step side box....we have had her off road and stored in the winter to prevent any salt corroding the underside..the motor is still original 305 with a engine with dress up kit..we replaced the carpet inside and rewired the truck..if there is someone willing to tell me what the value would be between a willing seller and buyer ..i can send more picture..and tell you more about the settlement from the insurance...they have brought in an appraiser who says the truck was in fair condition..but the problem is he never saw it before the accident..only after the front impact and is now totalled...if anyone can give their professional opinion as what the truck could have brought on the market...i could show this to the insurance to help fight their unfair offer...
