Hope yall have a wonderful and safe Labor Day. Any plans? Anything big going on? I'm out of here at 1 and will be back on Tuesday!

How was your long weekend 5569? What did you do?

The wife and I spent 2 days at a local drag strip that hosted a Armdrop Live event - it's a Rich Christensen "Pinks - All Out" style race - it's run by them and Rich does the armdrop starts. It was awesome in person, a very fun event. There were a few fast trucks - and what seemed to be a bone stock Tundra long bed running consistant 13.7's. It even made the cut into the 32 car 13.0-13.9 class and went 2 rounds. It didn't even sound like it had exhaust work done....didn't do a burnout or anything....just staged and ran!

I sure can see a square body C10 being a killer drag truck - back half the chassis, 12 point cage, body drop, drop spindles, glass nose, 6" cowl hood, small block built for NOS.....someplace in this build there would be a divorce.....etc.

Until I win the lottery - or rob the right bank - I will just have to keep dreaming!

That sounds very fun and cool to see in person. That's great that you and your wife enjoy that together!
It's all about the sleepers huh!
I didn't do much at all! Had a few birthday dinners to go to, and a lil BBQ at the parents house last night. I just basically relaxed. Friday night went to a local cruise, where there was a GREAT turnout.
And now it's back to work! Oh well, it's allllll good.
I hope yall had a great weekend!

Nothing better than a Friday night cruise with a lot of cars and trucks!
