Price advice please...

Hello all... looking to get into my first truck. I've found one local that I like, but i'd like to get some of ya'lls views on the prices before making an offer.

Realistically, what should I offer to buy this for? Pretty much... if I sold it today, what would it bring in. The seller is asking 16500, but says he has some wiggle room.

I'd offer $14,500 - that's a fair price and should not insult the seller. The truck looks nice in the pictures.
