I was told last night by source interlink customer service that Sport Truck magazine was no longer being published and my subscription would be transferred to another magazine.

I just called customer service and the lady who answered knew nothing about this - plus I'll bet she has never even seen one of the magazines! Her response was "I have not received a release about that"...
That is what is wrong with our country - we are considered a "service" country now and we cannot even do that right!!! It's all about making the easy money - now we even outsource customer service. Yet nobody can figure out why things are getting worse...

What was the reason given? What, do they prefer Truckin'? No thanks...well maybe if they lose the vans and other crap and bring on the ST staff...at least that way the tech articles will be legit!

Is it possible to get an email address to somebody of "authority" within the Source Interlink organization? It would be nice to let them know where the readers stand!
